We are committed to providing you with quality products, and it is our goal to exceed your expectations. If you're not happy with any of our products, simply return it to us within 30 days of order date. All returned products must be in new condition. We are happy to exchange or refund for the following reason:
Manufacturing fault We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and offer an exchange or refund for any manufacturing defects.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. NZ Paradise Wool will not be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items after delivery unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.
Exchange: If an exchange is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability. Credit: If a credit is required, the appropriate Shop New Zealand account will be credited to the amount of the transaction, in the currency at the time of purchase. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment.
Postage is not refundable on returns. All exchanges and reorders will be charged the standard delivery charge within NZ and on all overseas parcels.
It is our intention to do our absolute best to make our customers so happy they will not only re-order from us again, but also tell their friends about our service.
